Veterinary Reception and Client Care Representative

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Client Care Representative to join our team at the Animal Care Centre of Strathmore. As a CCR, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our busy hospital and providing excellent service to our clients and their pets.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check-in clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing excellent customer service
  • Schedule appointments and procedures, ensuring efficient use of hospital resources
  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
  • Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management
  • Will be willing to learn more regarding veterinary services, updated medical office procedures, and assisting the Veterinary staff with various tasks and treatments
  • Assist with patient care and treatment when necessary
  • General housekeeping duties; cleanliness of reception area, pet holding areas, and common areas
  • A love for all animals
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a veterinary hospital or clinic setting
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Passion for helping animals and their owners
  • Flexibility to work weekends and some holidays as needed
