Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Compliance Mentorz Inc. as a permanent employee. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and registering documents for data entry, entering data according to specified formats, and verifying accuracy and completeness of data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Document Management: Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Data Entry: Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Data Verification: Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and correct.
  • Database Management: Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring that all data is secure and easily accessible.
  • Backup Procedures: Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and prevent loss in case of system failures.
  • General Office Duties: Perform general office duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Record Management: Classify, label, and store diskettes, disks, and tapes of data, ensuring that all records are properly maintained and easily accessible.
  • Document Scanning: Create digital records using a scanner, ensuring that all documents are accurately digitized and easily searchable.
  • Data Transfer: Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents, ensuring that all information is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, with a focus on accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
