We're seeking a Relationship Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our local team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with current and prospective customers, providing financing solutions, and driving business growth. If you're passionate about customer service, have a strong understanding of portfolio management, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealers
- Provide financing solutions and support to customers and dealers
- Grow the portfolio organically and assist in promotional efforts to new and existing accounts
- Manage and balance risk on customer accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and development
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to frequently travel within your market to support customers and dealers
- Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using technology required for the role, such as mobile applications and software
- Previous experience in the auto industry or financial services
- Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
