Human Resources Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Personnel Officer- Human Resources Staffing to join our team at Conseil Cri de la santé et des services sociaux de la Baie James. As a key member of our human resources department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies to meet the needs of our organization.
- Design and evaluate tools and processes to support the staffing cycle, including recruitment and visibility initiatives.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to participate in visibility activities and contribute to the exercise of organizational workforce planning.
- Compile and analyze statistics to inform management decisions.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with human resources departments, the organization, and MSSS.
To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in administration, human resources, industrial relations, or a related field, as well as three years of relevant experience. You must possess excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills, as well as proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
LanguageFluency in English and French is required, with fluency in Cree being an asset.
OtherYou will be required to travel regularly as part of this role.
