Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Application Help Desk Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing front-line support to end-users and internal clients who require assistance with their applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to end-users and internal clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to applications, hardware, and software.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and resolution of technical issues.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of various applications, systems, and technologies.
- Provide training and documentation to end-users and internal clients on application usage and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Application Help Desk Analyst or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Help Desk software and tools.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with application development and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tool suites.
- Experience working with web-based systems and various internet browsers.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
