Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Answer written and oral inquiries, address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide information to customers in a professional and courteous manner.

- Client Feedback: Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess client feedback, enquiries, and complaints in the delivery of meaningful information and services.

- Team Player: Work collaboratively with the service team to ensure seamless customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Language: Fluency in English.
