About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Fraserway RV LP. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery, ensuring that all necessary repairs and maintenance are completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as updating customer records, processing payments, and maintaining accurate records of service work.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
