- Ensure the efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions, as well as pipeline management for assigned operations.
- Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives, requiring analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy, and Business Execution.
- Work independently to make recommendations for support functions, providing support and leadership.
- Assist in the planning and execution of various programs and initiatives, including risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
- Collaborate and consult with team leaders to develop project plans, policies, and procedures.
- Provide leadership in managing relationships and implementing programs, services, and initiatives with cross-functional business partners.
- 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
- Knowledge of International Trade (Import/Export Letter of Credit, Standby Letter of Credit/Guarantee).
- Experience in International Trade/Trade Finance operations.
- Hands-on experience in Trade Finance software used by Wells Fargo - Tradeworks and CEO Trade application.
- Knowledge of system financial accounting entries, including loan booking and settlement for Trade Finance and reconciliation process.
- Excellent understanding of process flow, use cases, and knowledge of transformation logic for upstream/downstream data transmission.
- Experience in business analysis, software testing, and project management with Waterfall/Agile testing methodology.
- Good knowledge of Oracle/MS SQL queries and MS Office suite.
- Ability to facilitate and lead decision-making meetings, discussions, and conversations amongst diverse, differing perspectives or priorities.
