Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist

Vij's Lantern Inc. is seeking a skilled Server - Food and Beverage Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing cash and sales, and supervising other servers and bussing staff.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, provide customer service, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
- Team Leadership: Supervise other servers and bussing staff, schedule staff, and train staff.
- Operations: Balance cash and record sales, clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations.
- Management: Assist in managing the restaurant's service operations, including maintaining a fast-paced environment and working under pressure.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset.
- Certifications: Serving It Right Certificate.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
