Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive individual with a background in marketing and event coordination. The successful candidate will oversee various marketing initiatives, including trade shows, events, webinars, and other promotional projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Oversee logistics for trade shows and events, including managing exhibitor listings, negotiating sponsorship deals, and coordinating promotional materials.
  • Facilitate webinars by handling invitations, scheduling topics, advertising, presenter coordination, and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain and update the webinar calendar, ensuring alignment of topics and featured speakers.
  • Regularly update website content related to events and webinars.
  • Manage social media outreach and direct communications with potential attendees through CRM tools to drive webinar registrations.
  • Document and announce event activities in both internal and external communications.
  • Identify and manage memberships in associations that help reach new audiences.
  • Evaluate potential events for attendance based on relevance, attendee profiles, speaking opportunities, lead generation, and ROI.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance event planning, boost attendance, generate qualified leads, and improve post-event follow-up.
  • Monitor and manage event budgets.
  • Conduct evaluations after events to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in corporate event planning.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing tools, including SEM, SEO, and social media.
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Pardot.
  • Background in software and services sales environments.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and verbal.
