We are a family-owned and operated independent collision repair center in the Greater Moncton area, with over 40 years of experience in providing top-notch services to our customers. Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that every vehicle that comes through our doors receives the highest level of care.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service, from the initial contact to the completion of their repair. You will work closely with our team to provide timely and effective communication, ensuring that our customers are informed and updated throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities- Process customer inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on the status of their repair, ensuring that they are informed and satisfied with the service they receive.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that all repairs are completed efficiently and effectively, meeting our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout the repair process.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping, to ensure that our systems are up-to-date and accurate.
- 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the collision repair industry.
- Bilingual in French and English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team.
