We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Motel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments, establish work schedules and procedures, and perform same duties as workers supervised.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports, resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Logistics and Supplies: Requisition materials and supplies, and ensure that all necessary resources are available to support motel operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
