Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster to join our team at CAA Club Group. As a Senior Field Property Claims Adjuster, you will be responsible for investigating, evaluating, and settling property claims in a fair and timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and evaluate property claims to determine liability and extent of damage
- Conduct site inspections and gather evidence to support claims
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders and other parties involved
- Prepare and maintain accurate and detailed claims files
- Communicate with policyholders, agents, and other stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless claims processing
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes to ensure compliance
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in property claims adjusting, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
