We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Contact Centre, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our Canadian Banking customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Use your knowledge of our products and services to lead interactions with customers and provide valuable advice.
  • Take inbound phone calls from customers and branches to provide useful information and ensure customer satisfaction.
