Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MIKAEL ENTERPRISES INC.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also supervise other workers, train them, and record minutes of meetings and conferences. Additionally, they will determine and establish office procedures and routines, plan and implement recruitment strategies, and manage training and development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Supervise and train other workers
- Record minutes of meetings and conferences
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines
- Plan and implement recruitment strategies
- Manage training and development strategies
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Oversee payroll administration
- Arrange travel and make reservations
- Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
- Set up and maintain information filing systems
- Type and proofread correspondence and documents
- 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office
- Ability to work in a team environment
The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a team of professionals. They will be required to work in a office setting with occasional travel.
