Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team at Smoky Lake Inn. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to meet business needs.
- Perform same duties as workers supervised, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.
- Assist guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Requisition materials and supplies to support front desk operations.
- Attention to detail is essential in this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of your work.
- Fast-paced environment with a large workload, requiring strong organizational and time management skills.
- Standing for extended periods may be required, as well as working under pressure to meet deadlines.
