About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Director to join our team at Dreamwell AI, a leading influencer marketing company focused on delivering high-performance campaigns for top brands.

As an Influencer Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing innovative influencer marketing strategies that drive measurable results. You will lead a small team of influencer marketing coordinators and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that drive performance-based results.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget, and aligned with client goals.
  • Manage and grow a team of Influencer Marketing Managers and Coordinators, supporting their development and optimizing workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are well-integrated with broader marketing efforts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with top creators and influencers, ensuring long-term partnerships that drive performance and brand value.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure Dreamwell remains ahead of the curve in influencer marketing best practices and strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics, leveraging data to refine influencer strategies and optimize for key growth metrics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of managing large-scale, performance-based campaigns.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, with a history of building and managing teams.
  • Direct experience working with influencers, talent agencies, and brands, with a deep understanding of the influencer landscape.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and experience with data-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internal teams.
  • A creative thinker with a passion for influencer marketing and the ability to inspire others.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and tools.
