Job Summary

Btown Services and Collision is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our office, including answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining our filing system.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing our supplies, equipment, and facilities.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team members, clients, and vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise in the office, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Budgeting and Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of our operating budget and manage our financial resources effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
