Job Summary

This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to provide technical support and guidance to faculty members, instructors, staff, and students. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of learning technology platforms, including Brightspace, WordPress, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, iClickers, Kaltura, and Crowdmark.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and guidance to faculty members, instructors, staff, and students on learning technology platforms.
  • Design, create, and deliver concise and easy-to-understand solutions for the team and community.
  • Troubleshoot client support issues and provide remote assistance to faculty or students.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to develop and implement learning technology solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with new learning technologies and pedagogies, and provide expertise to the team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline related to teaching and learning.
  • At least three years of experience working in an education environment.
  • Strong understanding of learning technology platforms, including Brightspace, WordPress, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, iClickers, Kaltura, and Crowdmark.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Education or Education Technology.
  • Experience teaching courses in a higher education environment.
  • Experience with different media platforms creating and editing video.
