Job Title: Regional Service Manager - Positioning Technology

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Regional Service Manager to lead our Positioning Technology service operations in Surrey, Canada. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the service department, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service workflow to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services to customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with regional sales teams to align customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing service team to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze service department performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Develop and manage the annual service department budget to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience in service, management, and business, with a strong background in the Positioning industry or equipment dealership.
  • Proven track record of managing service teams, improving customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer sites and troubleshoot issues as required.
  • Proficiency in using work-related desktop applications and web-based productivity tools.
