Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regulatory Systems and Metrics Analyst who is passionate about making a significant impact in regulatory affairs. This role is crucial for shaping and enhancing regulatory efficiency throughout the organization. The successful candidate will support strategic and operational regulatory initiatives that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute standard, ad hoc, or complex data reporting requests and create effective outputs.
  • Assist Regulatory Business Operations (RBO) personnel in project delivery.
  • Support RBO teams in documenting, monitoring, and reporting processes.
  • Maintain team sites while ensuring compliance with records retention policies.
  • Help optimize project plans regarding scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Provide project support to fulfill assigned business objectives.
  • Edit existing process documentation and lead monitoring and reporting efforts.
  • Analyze and interpret information in response to inquiries, aiming for improved data quality through the identification of gaps and the delivery of efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector within a regulatory context.
  • Familiarity with GXP system validation and compliance maintenance.
  • Experience with License Maintenance and overall R&D processes.
  • Proven experience in project planning and execution.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power Queries, and Power BI reporting.
  • Experience in a matrix environment and the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is a plus.
