Position Overview:
We are seeking a Regulatory Systems and Metrics Analyst who is passionate about making a significant impact in regulatory affairs. This role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing regulatory effectiveness throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and fulfill standard, ad hoc, or complex data reporting requests while designing effective outputs.
- Support Regulatory Business Operations (RBO) teams in executing various projects.
- Assist in documenting, monitoring, and reporting on regulatory processes.
- Maintain team sites and ensure compliance with records retention policies.
- Help optimize project plans by evaluating scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
- Provide project support to achieve assigned business objectives.
- Edit existing process documentation and lead monitoring and reporting initiatives.
- Analyze and interpret information in response to inquiries, striving for enhanced data quality through the identification of gaps and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically within a regulatory context.
- Familiarity with GXP system validation and compliance maintenance.
- Experience in License Maintenance and R&D processes.
- Proven track record in project planning and execution.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Power Queries, and Power BI reporting.
- Experience in a matrix environment with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is a plus.
