Position Overview:

We are seeking a Regulatory Systems and Metrics Analyst who is passionate about making a significant impact in regulatory affairs. This role is pivotal in shaping and enhancing regulatory effectiveness throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and fulfill standard, ad hoc, or complex data reporting requests while designing effective outputs.
  • Support Regulatory Business Operations (RBO) teams in executing various projects.
  • Assist in documenting, monitoring, and reporting on regulatory processes.
  • Maintain team sites and ensure compliance with records retention policies.
  • Help optimize project plans by evaluating scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
  • Provide project support to achieve assigned business objectives.
  • Edit existing process documentation and lead monitoring and reporting initiatives.
  • Analyze and interpret information in response to inquiries, striving for enhanced data quality through the identification of gaps and efficient solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector, specifically within a regulatory context.
  • Familiarity with GXP system validation and compliance maintenance.
  • Experience in License Maintenance and R&D processes.
  • Proven track record in project planning and execution.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Power Queries, and Power BI reporting.
  • Experience in a matrix environment with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders is a plus.
