Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Match Retail. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our clients across North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and recruit top talent for our clients in high-volume recruitment environments
  • Collaborate with our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and track recruitment metrics
  • Conduct phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably in an agency or retail environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable speaking, reading, and writing in French and English
