We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Garage Clothing Co. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for promoting a positive shopping experience, building loyal customer relationships, and driving business results through operational efficiency and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a high-performing team to achieve sales and productivity targets
- Recruit, train, and coach team members to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Maximize store profitability through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies
- Develop and implement plans to drive traffic through digital platforms and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the District Sales Supervisor to achieve business objectives and share best practices
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of management experience in a fashion clothing environment or equivalent
- High school diploma; post-secondary education in business or related discipline, an asset
- Passion for fashion and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
