About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bilingual Representative III Shared Services to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Validate and issue payments to suppliers
  • Cross-check changes to supplier banking information
  • Ensure tax compliance
  • Prepare various accounts payable reports
  • Analyze supplier discounts, identify trends and actions to be taken
  • Accurately process and enter complex supplier invoices
  • Follow up on discrepancies between invoices, reception and purchase orders
  • Communicate with internal or external parties to raise irregularities
  • Perform controls and take corrective action
  • Dispatch and follow up on incoming e-mail requests
  • Respond to customers/users in a timely manner
Requirements
  • College diploma in accounting
  • Minimum 4 years' relevant experience in financial operations
  • Energy, passion and positive attitude
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel
  • Bilinguisme (French and English)
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion is an asset
