We are seeking a skilled Event Audio Visual Technician to join our team at Encore Canada. As an Event Audio Visual Technician, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of audiovisual systems in a hospitality environment, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate audiovisual equipment, including sound and video systems, to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding the expectations of internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Monitor events and check in with customers to ensure their needs are met.
  • Understand and foster the hotel/client relationship.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
  • 1 year of audiovisual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
  • A valid driver's license is required for team members who may operate company vehicles.
