Job Description

Mercedes-Benz Canada is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our dealerships and customers, ensuring that our brand standards are met, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent the company with a high level of professionalism and courtesy, adhering to all Mercedes-Benz Canada and Daimler policies.
  • Conduct regular dealer visits to provide guidance and support, highlighting opportunities for improvement in their business operations.
  • Review data analytics to address deficiencies and maintain individual monthly dealer performance statistics and action plans.
  • Administer and implement corporate OEM policies and programs effectively and efficiently.
  • Conduct reviews and audits, supporting the implementation of corrective measures and ongoing monitoring.
  • Escalate technical issues with TAS based on severity, complexity, and aging.
  • Support the implementation of Service processes as promoted by MBC.
  • Cascade business-pertinent information as necessary.
Requirements:
  • College diploma or University degree in Business Management or Automotive trade.
  • 5-7 years of experience in a relevant automotive position, preferably with a luxury manufacturer.
  • Minimum of 5 years of knowledge of dealer service/parts operations.
  • Consultative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  • The ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base.
  • Territory management and dealer contact experience.
  • Ability to work remotely or out of home without direct daily supervision.
  • Ability to travel within the region (overnight travel may be required).
  • Must be fully bilingual (French and English).
