Responsabilités
  • Détecter, détecter et appréhender les vols et les fraudes dans les magasins ; compiler et présenter des preuves pour le but de la cour ou de l'arbitrage
  • Collaborer avec d'autres représentants de la protection des actifs pour enquêter sur les cas de crime organisé de délinquance commerciale (ORC) provinciaux ou nationaux
  • Collaborer régulièrement avec le service de police local
  • Détecter et identifier les opportunités de perte potentielles dans la conformité opérationnelle
  • Construire et maintenir des partenariats avec les propriétaires associés et leurs équipes en communiquant et en fournissant des formations sur les politiques et procédures de protection des actifs
  • Aider les propriétaires associés et leurs équipes à résoudre les incidents
  • Participer aux événements communautaires
  • Disponible pour travailler divers horaires, y compris jours, soirées, nuits, nuits et week-ends (40 heures par semaine)
Compétences, qualifications et expérience requises
  • Une licence de garde de sécurité provinciale valide est requise
  • Une compréhension de base du Code criminel du Canada, de la Loi sur les infractions à la propriété et des pouvoirs d'arrestation et des systèmes de surveillance CCTV et/ou
  • Un comportement professionnel, amical et approchable
  • Un haut degré d'initiative et d'intégrité est requis pour réussir dans un environnement dynamique
  • Des compétences collaboratives fortes et une volonté de soutenir les propriétaires associés
  • Capacité à se tenir debout et à marcher pendant de longues périodes
