Job Title: DTO Team Lead Accounting

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced DTO Team Lead Accounting to join our team at PBS Systems Inc. in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Job Summary:

The DTO Team Lead Accounting will be responsible for driving corporate growth by facilitating implementations of software with a strong focus on long-term feature adoption to our dealership customers. This role will lead a strong group of product and industry experts who move fast, structured, but with a keen focus on doing what is uniquely necessary to get dealerships using the PBS products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of product and industry experts to execute project and installation plans, balancing the needs of team members with the needs of the company.
  • Coach dealership personnel in software, best practices, and change management.
  • Manage the daily activities and schedules of your team, overseeing ongoing projects and maintaining responsibility for alerting management of any issues before they arise.
  • Remain calm under pressure, professional, and focused, serving as a role model to your team members and an example of what DTO expectations are.
  • Foster a supportive work culture, take care of your people, and positively represent PBS.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years previous experience in the automotive industry, dealership or PBS environment.
  • Experience in bookkeeping/accounting is a definitive asset.
  • Previous experience in managing high-performing teams.
  • Thorough understanding of your silo, and how it integrates with the other areas of v10.
  • Solid understanding of the different areas of PBS, as they relate to your silo.
  • Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office, a quick learner, and technologically savvy.
  • Fluent in English, and exceptional communication skills are required. French is an asset.
  • Available to travel within Canada and the US, as required, to meet organizational needs.
