Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Big Dreamers Daycare Limited. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for our young learners.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that fosters creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development to prepare a learning plan tailored to their needs.
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote children's development.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children.
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress.
  • Lead activities that promote children's physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  • Encourage children to express their creativity through various mediums.
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods.
  • Observe children for signs of potential learning or behavioral problems and prepare reports for parents and guardians.
Requirements:
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate.
  • First Aid Certificate.
  • CPR Certificate.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
