About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Stucco Plasterer to join our team at New Generation Plastering Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying, leveling, and smoothing coats of plaster to residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Apply, level, and smooth coats of plaster to ensure a high-quality finish
  • Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure a smooth application process
  • Smooth out excess compound and allow coat to dry to achieve a professional finish
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to ensure safe working conditions
  • Work at heights, on scaffolding, or swing stages to complete tasks efficiently
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in stucco plastering
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
