Bilingual Account Executive for Intelligent Information Management Solutions

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team at Konica Minolta, where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle of our Intelligent Information Management solutions.
As an Account Executive, you will work closely with customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals, and consult with them on how our solutions can help them achieve their objectives.
Our Intelligent Information Management solutions include document management, workflow automation, and digital transformation (DX) solutions that help customers streamline their business processes and improve their competitiveness.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners, and for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and customer success.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Evangelize Konica Minolta's Intelligent Information Management solutions to existing and prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
- Understand customers' unique business challenges and goals, and consult with them on how our solutions can help them achieve their objectives
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings
- Have successful strategic conversations and influence the C-Suite at customers, leveraging knowledge of the industry, business needs, and financial impact
Qualifications
Requirements:
- 1+ years of quota-carrying software or technology sales and account management experience
- Established consultative selling skills for solution-based products & services
- Strong business acumen and ability to define and articulate ROI
- Demonstrated success using strategic selling skills, including, but not limited to prospecting, discovery, negotiation, closing, and objection handling
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
