About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Parts Clerk to join our team at Phaneuf Agricultural Equipment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to internal and external customers, welcoming and advising clients according to their needs, and offering and selling products and equipment that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers
  • Welcome and advise clients according to their needs
  • Offer and sell products and equipment that meet customer needs
  • Invoice, order, and make transfer requests, as well as check inventory
  • Conduct research and perform computer and telephone follow-ups
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace (counter, warehouse, and showroom)
  • Work on a Saturday morning on a rotational basis with other team members
  • Welcome students in a work-study program of Diploma of Vocational Studies in motorized equipment parts
Requirements
  • DEP in parts consulting and sales, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Knowledge of agriculture, machinery, tractors, and related products is an asset
  • Strong customer service and sales skills
  • Good computer skills
