Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at Hubstaff. As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads through various channels, including market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct market research to create strategic communication plans and identify potential new clients.
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new business leads.
- Proactively schedule calls with potential clients via phone and email, including cold calling.
- Research and maintain a lead generation database to track and analyze lead activity.
- Provide accurate and timely information to management to inform business decisions.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with cold calling and lead generation.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience with CRM software, with Salesforce experience an advantage.
- Strong project and time management skills.
