Position Overview

If you are enthusiastic about fashion and have a knack for team leadership, this position is ideal for you.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Store Manager to cultivate a unified team that champions inclusivity and fosters positive relationships. Your primary duties will encompass driving sales, managing team performance, and overseeing training and development programs.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the store achieves corporate objectives
  • Provide guidance in areas such as sales, customer engagement, and visual merchandising
  • Recruit, train, and nurture exceptional talent
  • Execute merchandising plans to enhance the shopping experience
  • Maintain transparent communication with management

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who:

  • Possess 1-2 years of leadership experience
  • Have a proven history of driving sales performance
  • Hold a High School Diploma; Post-Secondary education is a plus
  • Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Are available to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

What We Provide:

Salary range: $40,000 - $48,000
