About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses.
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and work areas to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety.
  • Work closely with the management team to develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.
