Position: Mechanical Engineer for Building Systems

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage actively in all phases of project design and execution
  • Conduct necessary technical assessments
  • Prepare conceptual designs
  • Estimate costs associated with projects
  • Carry out design calculations and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, codes, and WSP design standards
  • Collaborate with project managers to create detailed plans and specifications
  • Coordinate design efforts across various disciplines
  • Work in close partnership with production, administrative, and field supervision teams

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction engineering with a specialization in mechanical building systems
  • Possession of a valid driver's license
  • Valid construction safety certification (preferred)
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Exhibit dynamism, motivation, and teamwork capabilities
  • Demonstrated independence and a commitment to delivering quality work
