Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menu plans that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Culinary Operations

Oversee the preparation and presentation of all menu items, ensuring that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Staff Management

Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to perform their duties to the highest standard.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that all menu items meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, with a strong focus on presentation and quality.

Language

Fluent in English.
