About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst Team Lead to join our team at Alcool NB Liquor. As a key member of our Business Analysis team, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of business solutions and driving process improvements across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, providing guidance and coaching to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business needs, developing solutions to drive business value.
  • Analyze and define business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams, ensuring successful project delivery and meeting business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on process improvement and change management.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams, with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement business solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working with Microsoft technologies, including SharePoint, Office 365, and Dynamics 365.
