Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day store operations and drive sales growth
  • Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to deliver an exceptional in-store experience
  • Create a positive and engaging store environment for customers and associates

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive traffic and sales, including social media and community outreach programs
  • Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandised to showcase our products effectively

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume, fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Knowledge of social media and digital marketing trends
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Salary: $45,000-$50,000 yearly
