Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Clerk to join our team at Heavy Rig Repairs Inc. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Answer customer inquiries and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complaint Handling: Receive and log customer complaints, and work with customers to resolve issues.
  • Application Processing: Receive and process credit and employment applications.
  • Payment Processing: Receive payments from customers.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 35-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
