- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of security-related activities.
- Monitor Quality and Production Levels: Regularly assess and improve the quality of our security services, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.
- Prepare and Submit Reports: Compile and submit regular reports on security incidents, trends, and best practices to management and clients.
- Resolve Work Problems: Investigate and resolve any work-related issues or conflicts that may arise, providing technical advice and guidance to team members as needed.
- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise, train, and develop the skills of our security team members, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and expertise to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the security industry.
- Work Setting: Various locations, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, initiative, and team player.
