Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

Kenora Pizza LTD is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain high-quality standards
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with the chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure efficient food delivery
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, perform manual tasks, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.
