Job Title: Director of Programs and Services

Lumacare is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Programs and Services to lead our team in delivering high-quality programs and services to our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans for program development and service delivery.
  • Lead a team of program managers and staff to ensure effective program delivery and quality improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including community partners, funders, and staff, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and impact, making data-driven decisions to improve services.
  • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field, such as health administration or social work.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management and leadership, preferably in a non-profit or community-based organization.
  • Proven track record of successful program development and implementation, with a focus on quality improvement and community engagement.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
