Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Line Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards and that the kitchen is clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning equipment and utensils.
  • Teamwork: Work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.
  • Supply Ordering: Order supplies and equipment as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a kitchen environment.
  • Work Setting: Restaurant.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a fast-paced environment.
