Key Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in the development, management, and execution of project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project outcomes.
  2. At least 4 years of experience managing projects specifically related to the enhancement or administration of IT systems.
  3. Proven expertise in Relationship Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Distributed Energy Resource Management Systems.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the project for the Distributed Energy Resource Management System/Demand Response Management System.
  2. Formulate, manage, and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure that all deliverables are met.
  3. Conduct monthly financial reviews, analyzing costs and budgets, reporting discrepancies, and providing forecasts.
  4. Participate actively in weekly status meetings with vendors and the DERMS team.
  5. Collaborate closely with the vendor of the Distributed Energy Resource Management System platform to track progress, address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure milestones are achieved.
  6. Assist in integrating new devices/OEMs into the Distributed Energy Resource Management System platform.
  7. Support the addition of new Distributed Resources Program components as outlined in the Service Introduction Plan, including gathering necessary data for DRMS functionality.
  8. Facilitate training sessions and meetings for team members as required.
  9. Coordinate with technical and product teams to resolve inquiries and ensure that deliverables are met.
  10. Ensure that all necessary platform documentation is completed and properly archived.
  11. Support additional IT projects that contribute to delivering Capacity products to clients, which may or may not involve the DERMS.
  12. Engage in similar roles and responsibilities related to DERMS while potentially working with other IT assets owned by the company, leading or assisting other project teams in developing and executing project plans.
