Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock supplies and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
    • Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks to ensure a clean and healthy environment.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive, unpack, and store supplies and inventory in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
