Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Attendant to join our team at DBA Pho Hong Restaurant. As a Food Service Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers.
  • Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff.
  • Assist clients with special needs and provide customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience an asset.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • Ability to work 30-40 hours per week.
