About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Stage Experience Manager to join our team at Sephora Canada. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales growth through effective service delivery and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve client satisfaction
  • Lead and manage a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve sales targets
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of visual merchandising
  • Develop and execute training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of beauty advisors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and brand representatives to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar role at a similar volume store or equivalent internal experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to influence business partners at all levels
  • Proven ability to create high-performing teams and drive business growth through effective leadership and coaching
