Job Summary

As a Portfolio Administrator at Royal Bank of Canada, you will play a key role in mitigating client, reputational and operational risk related to leasing products and processes. You will support RBC Traditional Leasing services to our business clients by enhancing the client experience and mitigating against operational risk through effective portfolio management routines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fulfills reporting and cash management activities and routines as per normal schedule and or lifecycle through various channels.
  • Ensures quality, accuracy and alignment to all internal policy and procedure documentation of all incoming and outgoing workflow.
  • Advocate of RBC Key Behaviors and consistently demonstrates their positive impact on business and individual performance in day to day activities with team-mates, colleagues and partners.
  • Effectively and accurately updates reporting such as closing leases on the system as it has been fully paid out or small balance remaining.
  • Manages cash by applying cheques activities received to outstanding balance.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years in a client facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage time and priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems by generating, evaluating and recommending alternatives.
  • Ability to discern when to update and seek guidance.
  • Strong willingness and desire to learn.
  • Ability to work well within a team and independently.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and collaboration.
  • French is an asset.
